Neocore - Naples

The hotel was well equipped with modern facilities and it was a great value for money. the hotel was located in a central area, which made it convenient for me to access different parts of the city. the breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a selection of local and international delicacies to choose from.

The entrance to the hotel was not very inviting, and the elevator was outdated. the staff had a poor command of English, which made communication a bit challenging.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to explore the city. the room had modern amenities, such as USB ports, and the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast offered a range of fresh local options, including delicious pastries.

Some staff members struggled with English, but were still very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and cute, always greeting me with a smile and giving me great restaurant recommendations. The hotel facilities were super clean clean and well-equipped, and I especially appreciated the USB sockets on the bedside. The location close to the Duomo subway station made it easy to explore the city, and the option of parking in the garage at a minimal cost was great. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of tea bags available 24/7.

From the moment I stepped foot into this hotel, I was greeted with exceptional service. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always eager to go above and beyond to make my stay as luxurious as possible. the room boasted exclusive amenities and facilities that catered to my every need, and the in-room breakfast was a delightful touch. the bar and lounge area also provided a comfortable space to relax and unwind. the hotel's location offered easy access to the ferry port and was in close proximity to the train station and airport.

Despite the excellent service, one minor issue I encountered was a lack of entertainment options in the Leisure/TV room. this did not detract from the overall luxurious experience.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast with fresh local selection, comfortable beds, helpful recommendations, convenient location, well-equipped and clean rooms.

The hotel had two types of USB sockets on the bedside which was convenient. , the location was very central, close to public transport and easy to navigate. The breakfast had a good variety of food options and it was nice that fresh local ingredients were used.

The hotel staff had a poor level of English which made communication difficult at times. the entrance and lift to the hotel building were run-down and did not give a good first impression.
